Get your mid-week boost with a walk among the trees, meadows, with fellow nature lovers! You don't have to read the countless scientific studies to know that being in nature and getting exercise is good for your body and your mind. A park ranger will guide you in discovering more about the flora, fauna, and the land's history along the way.

Each month we will meet at a different area of the park, and each week will feature a different route through a mix of meadow and forest, at total distance of about 2-2.5 miles. Walking pace varies from relaxed to moderate. Terrain rangers from mostly flat trails to trails with a few moderate hills. Please wear comfortable walking shoes, dress for the weather, and bring a water bottle.
