ፀደይ በአየር ውስጥ ነው; ይህ ወፎችን ለመመልከት ዋና ጊዜ ነው! ዛፎቹ ገና አዲሱን ቅጠሎቻቸውን አላበቀሉም, ይህም ወፎቹ በቅርንጫፎች ላይ ሲቀመጡ የበለጠ እንዲታዩ ያደርጋሉ. አንዳንድ የክረምቱ ስደተኞች አሁንም ከሩቅ ሰሜን እየመጡ ሊሆን ይችላል፣ ሌሎች ደግሞ ዓመቱን ሙሉ ነዋሪዎች ናቸው። ምናልባት ከመካከለኛው ወይም ከደቡብ አሜሪካ የመጡ አንዳንድ በቀለማት ያሸበረቁ አዲስ መጤዎችን እናያለን። ማን እንደወጣ ለማወቅ ከሜዳው እና ከጫካው ጎን ለጎን ከጠባቂ ጋር የተመራ የእግር ጉዞ ያድርጉ።

Bring binoculars if you have them. If not, we do have a few pairs of binoculars that can be borrowed. See attached file for a bird checklist to print at home. The walk will be up to one mile depending on the abilities of the group. We will move at an easy pace on moderate terrain. The trail can be muddy at times, so please wear comfortable shoes that you don't mind getting dirty.
