What's in our Water?

Water, no matter if it comes from oceans, rivers, or rain, tells us a story. From the chemicals in the water, to the tiny organisms living within it, even a tiny droplet has plenty to say.

Celebrate Earth Week with us by exploring the less noticed world of our aquatic ecosystems with the help of a freshwater testing kit and a microscope. Learn about pollution, water quality, and an otherworldly ecosystem too small to see with the naked eye. 

This program will be held in the Visitor Center.

ኤፕሪል 22 ላይ የመሬት ቀንን ሲከበር፣ የቨርጂኒያ ግዛት ፓርኮች የጥበቃ እና ዘላቂነትን አስፈላጊነት የሚያጎሉ ልዩ ልዩ ዝግጅቶችን እና እንቅስቃሴዎችን ያቀርባል። ጎብኚዎች የመንግስትን 44 ፓርኮች ውበት እና ብዝሃ ህይወት ለመጠበቅ በትምህርታዊ መርሃ ግብሮች፣ የተመራ የእግር ጉዞዎች፣ የዱር እንስሳት ምልከታ፣ የዛፍ ተከላ እና የአገልግሎት ፕሮጀክቶች ላይ እንዲሳተፉ ተጋብዘዋል።
