Join a ranger on a walk around Oxbow Lake for National Kids to Parks Day! Come enjoy the beautiful views at Oxbow Lake. On this walk we will be talking about the lake and what lives in it, or what kind of animals use the lake, and what the importance is in having the lake. Meeting for this program will be at the Sugar Hill Trail Head; Oxbow Lake trail is connected to this trail head. Please wear closed toed shoes and bring water and snacks as we will be walking! We hope to see you there!

ቨርጂኒያ ስቴት ፓርኮች በግንቦት ወር በሦስተኛው ቅዳሜ ብሔራዊ የልጆች ወደ ፓርኮች ቀንን ያከብራሉ የተለያዩ መዝናኛዎችን፣ ለቤተሰብ ተስማሚ የሆኑ እንቅስቃሴዎችን በማቅረብ፣ ከተፈጥሮ ፈላጭ ቆራጭ አደን እና ከጠባቂ መር ጉዞዎች እስከ አሳ ማጥመድ ክሊኒኮች እና የእፅዋት እና የእንስሳት ፉና ጉዞዎች። ይህ አመታዊ ክስተት ልጆች ስለ ዱር አራዊት እየተማሩ እና በአካባቢ ጥበቃ ላይ በተመሰረተ ትምህርት ላይ ሲሳተፉ ከቤት ውጭ እንዲመለከቱ ያበረታታል።
