Applications for Crew Leader positions open January 1, 2026, and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Please note there is no close date for the application, it will close once we have hired 10 leaders to support the male crews and 10 leaders to support the female crews. Crew Leaders must be at least 18 years old.

The dates of employment for the 2026 season are June 1, 2026, to July 23, 2026. The period of employment for YCC Crew Leaders will include a week-long training in early June, two 2-week sessions, and time between each session spent at the parks engaging in professional development opportunities.

Pay for this program is a stipend of $6,500 for Crew Leaders and $7,500 for Head Crew Leaders. The stipend will be disbursed in four equal payments throughout the season by direct deposit.

Crew Leaders may also receive internship credit for their participation in this program. Please coordinate with your academic advisor to determine whether this program meets your institution's regulations.

የሰራተኞች መሪዎች በአርአያነት ይመራሉ እና ሰራተኞቻቸው ሁሉንም የፕሮግራም ህጎች እና መመሪያዎች የሚከተሉ መሆናቸውን ያረጋግጡ። እንዲሁም የቡድን አባላትን እንዲማሩ እና እራሳቸውን እንዲሞገቱ የሚያስችል ጤናማ የቡድን ስራ ሁኔታን በመፍጠር የግለሰብ የሰራተኛ አባል እድገትን ያበረታታሉ።

የፕሮግራም አስተዳደር እና ትግበራ;

የክሪው መሪዎች በእግራቸው ማሰብ የሚችሉ ናቸው፣ በተጨማሪም ፕሮግራሙ ያለችግር መሄዱን ለማረጋገጥ ከስራ ቦታው ውጪ እና ከስራ ቦታው ውጪ የላቀ እቅድ ለማውጣት ኢንቨስት ያደርጋሉ። ይህ በመርከበኞች መካከል ያሉ የግላዊ ጉዳዮችን ማሰስ፣ ከፓርኩ እና የፕሮግራም ሰራተኞች ጋር በስልክ እና በኢሜል ደጋግሞ መገናኘትን፣ ፎቶ ማንሳት እና የጥበቃ ትምህርት ስርአተ ትምህርትን በመጠቀም ፕሮግራሙን ማበልጸግ ያካትታል።

አስተዳደር፡

የሰራተኞች መሪዎች የስራ ሪፖርቶችን፣የሰራተኛ አባላትን ግምገማዎች፣የፕሮግራም ዳሰሳ ጥናቶች፣ተቀባዮች፣የአደጋ ሪፖርቶች እና የዲሲፕሊን ቅጾችን ጨምሮ ሰነዶችን ሞልተው ያስገባሉ። እንዲሁም ለሰራተኞቻቸው በጀት ማውጣት እና የግሮሰሪ ግዢን ይቆጣጠራሉ።
